Our Andiamo Herbs de Provence Blend is a fragrant, well‑balanced house blend inspired by the classic flavors of southern France. Handcrafted in small batches, this aromatic mix brings together basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, savory, and thyme – gently lifted by a measured touch of lavender for floral depth and elegance without overpowering the blend.

While lavender is not a traditional ingredient in historic Herbs de Provence, its inclusion became more common in modern interpretations. We’ve incorporated it thoughtfully for the aromatic lift and subtle floral depth it provides, adding complexity while remaining true to the blend’s Provençal spirit.

Warm, herbaceous, and delicately perfumed, this blend is designed to enhance ingredients naturally—whether cooking, finishing, or dipping—making it one of the most versatile blends in our kitchen.

Ideal Pairings

This blend pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, lamb, pork, grilled fish, vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, legumes, and root vegetables. It is especially well suited for Mediterranean and Provençal‑style dishes, and works exceptionally well with olive oil, tomatoes, and fresh cheeses.

How to Use

Use as a dry seasoning for roasting and grilling, blend with extra virgin olive oil for marinades, or sprinkle over finished dishes just before serving to amplify aroma and flavor.

Also Perfect for Dipping

This blend can also be used as a dipping blend when mixed with high‑quality extra virgin olive oil. Allow the herbs to rest briefly in the oil before serving so the aromatics fully bloom—ideal for bread, focaccia, or as a finishing drizzle for vegetables.

Ingredients

Basil, lavender, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, savory, thyme
