Handcrafted in house at Andiamo Market, this walnut and yellow heart edge‑grain cutting board balances rich, dark walnut with the warm golden tones of yellow heart for a visually striking yet highly functional design. Each board is made from carefully selected solid hardwoods, milled, assembled, and finished by hand with close attention to quality and detail.
The edge‑grain construction provides a durable, knife‑friendly surface well suited for everyday prep while showcasing the natural grain and color contrast of both woods. Finished with our natural, food‑grade oil and board butter, the board is protected while allowing the wood’s character and warmth to shine through naturally.
Designed for both performance and presentation, this cutting board is available in multiple sizes. Only the medium and large sizes are offered with a juice groove, making them ideal for carving, slicing, and mess‑free prep, while smaller sizes maintain a clean, flat cutting surface.
A $15 customization fee will be applied for the addition of a juice groove.
