Handcrafted in house at Andiamo Market, this walnut end‑grain cutting board combines rich, natural beauty with exceptional performance. Made from carefully selected solid walnut, each board is milled, assembled, and finished by hand, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define our in‑house work.
The end‑grain construction allows knife blades to slide between wood fibers rather than cut across them, making the surface highly knife friendly while helping the board naturally self‑heal over time. Finished with our natural, food‑grade oil and board butter, the walnut is protected while highlighting its deep tones, striking grain patterns, and warm character.
Designed for both function and presentation, this board is offered in multiple sizes. Only the medium and large sizes are available with a juice groove, making them ideal for carving, slicing, and larger prep tasks, while smaller sizes maintain a clean, uninterrupted cutting surface.
A $15 customization fee will be applied for the addition of a juice groove.
