Handcrafted in house at Andiamo Market, this bird’s eye maple and walnut charcuterie board brings together refined beauty and natural warmth in a timeless serving piece. Crafted from carefully selected solid hardwoods, each board highlights the unique character of the woods while showcasing thoughtful, hands‑on craftsmanship.
Bird’s eye maple is admired for its naturally occurring figured grain—small, swirling “eyes” that shimmer across the surface of the wood. This rare pattern forms unpredictably, making every board truly one of a kind. Its light color and subtle movement lend an elegant, almost luminous quality that elevates any spread.
Paired with the maple, walnut adds richness and depth through its naturally dark tones and expressive grain. Known for its warmth and durability, walnut provides a beautiful visual contrast while grounding the piece with a classic, timeless feel. As the board ages, the walnut develops a deeper, more refined patina that enhances its character over time.
Finished with our natural, food‑grade oil and board butter, the board is gently protected while allowing the grain, color, and figure of both woods to remain the focal point.
