Handcrafted in house at Andiamo Market, this bird’s eye maple and Peruvian walnut charcuterie board blends refined elegance with rich, natural warmth. Crafted from carefully selected solid hardwoods, each board is designed to highlight the unique character of the woods while offering a beautiful, functional centerpiece for serving.
Bird’s eye maple is admired for its rare and naturally occurring figured grain—small, swirling “eyes” that appear randomly across the surface of the wood. This distinctive figuring gives the maple a subtle shimmer and movement, ensuring that no two boards are ever alike. Its light, creamy tone provides a clean and elegant foundation for presentation.
Complementing the maple, Peruvian walnut adds depth and contrast with its darker coloration and expressive grain patterns. Slightly richer and more dramatic in appearance than domestic walnut, Peruvian walnut brings a refined warmth and bold visual presence that grounds the board and enhances its overall balance.
Finished with our natural, food‑grade oil and board butter, the board is gently protected while allowing the natural grain, color variation, and character of both woods to remain the focal point. Designed specifically for serving, this charcuterie board is ideal for cheeses, cured meats, fruits, breads, and small bites—perfect for entertaining, gifting, or display.
