Warranty Terms & Conditions
We at Andiamo Market take pride in our craftsmanship
For this reason, Andiamo Market, has created a limited warranty that we offer to all our customers.
If your items(s) have been damaged during shipping, are defective or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so that we may send a replacement. If we are not notified within 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse any damage or missing item claims after this period, as it becomes much harder for us to process shipping claims with the delay.
Within 30 days of Purchase
Cutting boards and charcuterie boards are 100% warrantied against all manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. Once you return the defective board to us, a replacement board will be shipped to you free of charge.
3 Months After Purchase
Cutting boards and charcuterie boards are guaranteed against splitting, cracking and warping within 3 months of purchase if properly maintained. You are required to show proof of purchase of cutting board and charcuterie oil and board butter / cream within 30 days of your order with Andiamo Market, to show adequate maintenance was followed. A replacement board will be sent to you for free, but you must be within universal warranty exceptions.
For any of the above time periods, our warranty is void should any of the following be discovered:
- Items were put through the dishwasher.
- Items were exposed to excessive heat or cold.
- Items were physically modified.
- Items were kept in excessive conditions of humidity or dryness.
- Items were physically abused or used for purposes other than which it was intended.
- Items were not properly maintained with oil and board butter at least once per month.
- Must be able to provide a receipt or show purchase of dated board oil and board butter for every 3 months of ownership.
Should Andiamo Market agree to return the Board, the customer will be charged all packing and shipping costs.
