Fonte di Foiano 1979 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a small‑batch Italian olive oil produced from estate olives and cold‑extracted. The name “1979” refers to the founding year of the estate, reflecting a long‑standing tradition of olive cultivation and careful production. Consisting of about 10,000 plants, the grove sits between 10 and 150 meters above sea level creating a mild microclimate. The absences of excessive temperature changes results in flavor changes in the olives.
This oil is made to highlight freshness, with a clean structure suitable for everyday use as well as finishing dishes. Harvest 2025 indicates a recent pressing, an important factor in flavor and quality for extra virgin olive oil.
